WHAT IS THE RANGER ATHLETIC CLUB?

Support from the Ranger Athletic Club has been essential in maintaining and expanding each of these programs.

WHAT IS THE NWAC?

The Northwest Athletic Conference is the parent organization for thirty-five (35) community colleges located in Idaho, Oregon, Washington and British Columbia. The NWAC has a variety of administrative responsibilities including conference tournament management, eligibility, publications, rule enforcement and sports information.

The growth of the community colleges over the past few decades has been impressive. The colleges in the Northwest are comprehensive in nature and provide a variety of academic and vocational offerings as well as many enrichment activities for their students. As our student-athletes have transitioned into a work environment, many have provided testimony about the significant benefit and value that participation in community college athletics provided for them. Enrollment in community colleges continues to grow as does interest, participation and membership within the NWAC.

WHY SHOULD I GET INVOLVED?

By contributing to the Ranger Athletic Club, you can truly make a tangible difference in our continuing quest for excellence in every arena of competition.  Without the help of Ranger Athletic Club contributions such as yourself, the Olympic athletic program could not continue to excel regionally.

WHERE WILL MY CONTRIBUTIONS GO?

Special needs vary from year to year, but the primary areas supported by Ranger Athletic Club include scholarships, enhancement of facilities, equipment and uniforms, and contingency funds for any unexpected needs.

WHAT ARE THE IMMEDIATE GOALS?

This year, the Ranger Athletic Club is seeking to generate $25,000 for our student-athletes. Though ambitious, these goals are vital to the growth of our programs.

To make it easier and more enjoyable to be involved, we have developed varying levels of membership and expanded benefits

Join the Ranger Athletic Club today and help continue the proud tradition of the OIympic Rangers. Thank you for sharing our excitement for athletics and student athletes at OC.
