Harriette Bryant - Chair of the Board

Professional Information: The immediate Past-Chair of the Kitsap Community Foundation, Chair of the Bremerton Housing Authority, served as the President of the Kitsap County YWCA Board of Directors for ten years (2000-2010), member of the Boys and Girls Club of South Puget Sound Board of Governors, Senior Mentor Coordinator for Partnering for Youth Achievement, and a long standing member of Emmanuel Apostolic Church in West Bremerton. Ms. Bryant is also the co-founder of OurGEMS (Girls Empowered through Mentoring Services), a non-profit organization committed to empowering school-age girls to reach their fullest potential. OurGEMS started in 2008 with a small group of 8th grade students. Today, this organization serves more than 200 girls at schools throughout Kitsap County. Harriette also serves as a Board member for the OC Foundation.

Professional Information: Ms. Childs is the Senior Vice President/Marketing Director of Kitsap Bank, where she has worked since 2003. Before joining Kitsap Bank, she was the Director of Marketing, Communications and Government Relations with Poulsbo based Paladin Data Systems. Ms. Childs has a distinguished track record of volunteer community services including nine years on the OC Foundation Board of Directors. In 2013, Ms. Childs was named the YWCA Woman of Achievement.

Professional Information: Since 2012, Ms. Miller has served as the Community Services Division Director for the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe. Prior to that, she was the Co-Director, Tuwaduq Family Services for the Skokomish Tribe. She has extensive volunteer community service experience, including two years as a board member for Kitsap Mental Health, three years on the Kitsap Human Rights Committee, two years on the board of United Way of Mason County and most recently, three years on the OC Human Services Advisory Committee.
Jim Page - Vice Chair of the Board.
Appointed: June 2011; Vice Chair of the Board 2013-2014, 2017-18. Chair of the Board 2014-2015; Term expires September 2020.
Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. Olympic College alumnus.
Professional Information: President of KPS Health Plans, having returned to KPS in 2006. Prior to his involvement with Paladin Data Systems Corporation and the founding of Interlocking Software Corporation, Page spent 15 years with KPS Health Plans. Page has 25+ years experience serving as a senior financial executive and three years in public accounting. In addition to his work at KPS and Paladin, Page was owner of Page Business Advisors, an accounting and business consulting firm. For as many years, Page has been heavily involved in civic projects and clubs including the United Way Loaned Executive program, board member for Hospice of Kitsap County, Kitsap Family YMCA, Rotary Club of Silverdale, Olympic College Foundation and the Kitsap Family YMCA Foundation.
Stephen L. Warner

Professional Information: Retired. Served as Principal for Evergreen Elementary School in the Shelton School District for twelve years. Previously Vice Principal for Shelton Middle School in the Shelton School District for 10 years. K-12 principal for Rosalia School in the Rosalia School District. K-12 counselor and teacher for Mary M. Knight School in the Mary M. Knight School District. Middle School counselor for Knox Middle School in the Knox Community Schools for 1 year. Junior high school mathematics teacher in Hobart Junior High School. Currently Board Member, Washington Association of Bilingual Education. Member and previously President of Morningstar Lions Club. Member of: Washington Association of School Principals; Association for Supervision, Curriculum and Instruction.
