In partnership with Green River College, Olympic College offers classes for an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Aviation Technology. The Aviation Technology program will prepare you for a career as an Airline Dispatcher.
Submit your FAFSA to Green River College. There is no need to also submit a FAFSA to Olympic College as Green River College will be the college “hosting your funds.” Each quarter you will need to email a copy of your Olympic College schedule to Oksana Gorkovets @email to request a consortium agreement for funding. This allows you to receive funding as if you are a full time student even though you are only enrolled part time at each college.
Your high school counselor will need to fill out two separate EVF forms – one for each college. They will need to mark down how many credits you are eligible for at each college.
This program is not eligible for Post 9/11 VA funding. If you have questions about your VA funding and having it count towards this degree please contact George Comollo at @email
Every student is assigned an advising team consisting of your Student Success Coach and Faculty Advisor. Your Faculty Advisor is determined once you decide on your specific academic program. The following professor is the Faculty Advisor for Aviation Technology.
