Purchasing Services

The functions administered through this office include purchasing, purchasing card, equipment inventory, surplus property, contracting for goods and services, and risk management, all in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations.

  • Our institution has elected to defer implementation of federal grant funded purchase regulations under 2 C.F.R. 200 until July 1, 2016; until such time we will continue with such procurements under OMB circular A-110.
  • July 1, 2017 – Changes to procurement provisions go into effect.  (Note:  this date represents a one-year extension of the original implementation date.)
