A Safety Gram is a form used to notify the college of an existing safety hazard, or safety concern. Once received, the complaint or concern can be investigated quickly and appropriate action taken.   We encourage all at Olympic College to make use of this form. You are the most efficient "eyes & ears" out there; please help us keep Olympic College a safe, accessible, healthy environment.

Please remember, all blanks must be filled in. Please be specific in your description and include the exact location, there is plenty of room available on the form.
