Important Medical Insurance Requirement

As of Fall Quarter 2014, all F1 international students on Olympic College I-20 are required to buy health insurance through the school-contracted plan, LewerMark Agency. Health insurance will be automatically added to the student's registration records upon arriving on campus.

For first-time Olympic College international students, coverage begins the moment the student gets on the plane for the United States or 30 days before the first day of class. The insurance charge for the 2015-16 school year is $271 per quarter (3 months).  Continuing students are required to pay summer insurance even if they are not taking summer class(es) to avoid interuption of coverage.  Continuing students can use their insurance in most of foreign countries during their vacation except students' home country.

Vistit the LewerMark Student Medical Insurance site for more details on our contracted insurance plan.
