Eligibility and Details:
Assistance may be available to Opportunity Grant applicants interested in
attending college who meet all of the following criteria:
- Income (200% of Federal poverty level or below)
- Age (at least 18)
- Pursuing a career on the Healthcare or Welding Pathway
Opportunity Grant Programs:
Educational advising related to Welding or Healthcare Professional-Technical certificates
- Opportunity Club
- Mentoring Program
- Quarterly Workshops
- Customized job skills training short-term programs include, but are not limited to:
- Welding
- Nursing Assistant Certified
- Phlebotomy
- Medical Office Assistant
- Medical Receptionist
- Practical Nursing
- Physical Therapist Assistant
- Associate Degree Nursing
