Diversity Advisory Committee |
|
The Diversity Advisory Committee (DAC) began meeting in the fall of 2003. The charge of the DAC is to make recommendations to the President regarding institution-wide diversity efforts.
Membership on the commmittee is voluntary and is open to any Olympic College employee that has an interest in participating.
At the end of 2003-2004, the DAC had developed a mission statement and identified goals. Recommendations were developed and submitted to the President and Cabinet. This academic year, the DAC focused on activities that would support the submitted recommendations.
