CAREER PLANNING MADE EASY Review career exploration strategies and resources that will help establish or change a career goal. Introduction of assessments that examines skills, interests, personality and values in relationship to the world of work.

TEST ANXIETY Are you worried about final exams? Do you study yet “freeze up”, “go blank” or feel sick on test day? Excessive worry and negative thoughts before or during tests can impact performance. This workshop will help identify the source of test anxiety and build skills to reduce it.

Know Yourself…...HOW TO HANDLE STRESS What makes you go off the “Deep End”? Find out the variables that can be controlling factors in your life without knowing it. You will identify personal responses to stressors, levels of stress and examine individual lifestyles. Topics will include exercise, diet, relationships, time management, stress personalities, etc... As they relate to managing stress.

CHEMICALS & COLLEGE: HOW SUBSTANCES CAN AFFECT SUCCESS Will address some of the effects of alcohol and other drugs on college success and strategies to deal with someone else’s alcohol or drug use.
