About the Childcare Portal
The SBCDC will offer access to your childcare schedule online beginning Winter enrollment. Re-enroll online, make changes to your childcare schedule, or view your childcare schedule. If you are new to the SBCDC, please see enrollment instructions.
Important Re-enrollment Information
- Use of your OC email is required. Important information will be sent to you via email.(Alternatively employee OC email may be used.)
- Enrollment must be made by the re-enrollment deadline to guarantee enrollment.
- Beginning Winter quarter online re-enrollment is required. (Paper re-enrollment forms will not be accepted during the enrollment period.)
How to re-enroll online
Re-enrollment will not begin until Winter Quarter.
If your child(ren)’s name does not appear when you log in, please contact Donna Galano at 360-475-6547 or dgalano@olympic.edu.
- Login to the Childcare Portal.
- Select the Childcare Schedule link.
- Click "Add new schedule" > Select quarter > Click the time blocks to select > Click "Add Schedule"
- The new schedule will appear
- Required paperwork must be submitted to complete your re-enrollment.
How to change your childcare schedule online
- Login to the Childcare Portal
- Select the childcare link.
- Click Edit for the appropriate schedule
- Click the time blocks to select > "Update"
How to view your childcare schedule online
- Login to the Childcare Portal
- Select the childcare link.
- Your childcare schedule will appear.
Edit your child's information (name and birth date)
If you notice an error for your child's name or birth date you have the ability to correct it.
- Login to the Childcare Portal
- Select the Edit link
- Make corrections > Click "Update"
- The corrections will appear.
