Student Employment


Current Olympic College students and alumni may register with the Career Center and access job/co-op/internship and volunteer listings online at https://www.myinterfase.com/olympic/student  

NOTE: Please ensure you have your student ID number and a valid e-mail address available prior to registering with the Career Center.

What if I do not know my Student ID? Go to the OASIS website -
https://oasis.olympic.edu
Scroll to the "Find Your Student ID" link and select it. It will take you to a new page. Fill in the information as required and click the “Display My ID" link. Your Student ID number will show on screen. You must be registered as a student first and be assigned a Student ID number, in order for this to work.

Student Employment Definitions:

Regular Student Employment (RSE): Any students who are enrolled in any Olympic College programs are eligible for RSE. This type of employment is NOT associated with financial aid. For more information, contact CareerCenter@olympic.edu. International Students are also eligible for regular student employment but they may work on campus only. For further requirements and guidelines for international students, please go to this website: http://www.olympic.edu/Students/InternationalStudents/

Work Study (Federal and State): Work Study is a work experience program coordinated through the Career Services office. Eligibility for Work Study is determined by the student's financial need and considered part of his/her financial aid award package. Students must be enrolled in at least 6 credits to be able to participate. For information about Work Study placement, please go to the above website. For information regarding Work Study financial aid issues, contact Financial Aid, at 360-475-7160 or visit: http://www.olympic.edu/Students/GettingStarted/FinancialAid/

WorkFirst: WorkFirst Work-Study positions are available on a limited basis as well as referral to Working Connections Childcare for funding assistance with childcare related to school and work activities.
