(Friday - Sept. 25, 2009 - Kitsap Sun Sports) OC Gets Its 'Mojo' Working Olympic College volleyball coach Kaelea Makaiwi calls it "mojo" and her Rangers finally found it Friday at the Bremer Student Center Gym. "They came in excited and pumped up," Makaiwi said after OC's 3-1 win over Everett - the Rangers' first of the season after starting 0-20. Everett dropped to 0-10. (more>>)
(Friday - Sept. 11, 2009 - Kitsap Sun Sports) Young Rangers Still Learning the Ropes It's not going to happen overnight, but the talent on the volleyball court at Olympic College can't be ignored. Of its 10 players, eight are freshman, including former all-Olympic League standouts Michelle Cook (North Mason) and Ashley Pajimulua (Olympic High). The Rangers dropped to 0-11 after losing a home match against Centralia 3-0 on Thursday at the Bremer Student Center. (more>>)

(Tuesday - May 12, 2009 - Kitsap Sun Sports) Rangers Sign NM's Cook, Sprouffske The Olympic College volleyball team is already off to a great start and the season is far from beginning. The Rangers, who fell on hard times last year with injuries, academic issues which ultimately led to the loss of seven of 14 players last year, have signed four players. (more>>)
