Lady Rangers Compete at Hub City Open
OC Track & Field was in Centralia on Saturday for their second meet of the season. Leah Adair was the top performer for the Lady Rangers taking 3rd in the high jump and 4th in the javelin.

Women Open Season at PLU

OC Track & Field opened their season at the Pacific Lutheran Invite. Despite the rain and cold temperatures the Lady Rangers competed against Division II and III athletes from around the state of Washington.

Last Chance Meet
The Men's and Women's Track and Field teams were in Lacey, Wash. on Sunday for their last regular season meet.  Those qualifying for NWAACCs will be competing in Spokane on Monday and Tuesday May 20-21st for the Championships. (

Day 2 Results for the Heptathlon  Sophomore Kelsie Williams finished the NWAACCs with an overall 8th place finish in the Heptathlon.  She had a personal record in every event she competed in with an overall 3,874 points.  This mark was an improvement of almost 500 points from her Heptathlon debute last season.  It's safe to say, Kelsie has done well!

Day 1 Results for the Heptathlon
Sophomore Kelsie Williams finishes the first day in 6th place and just 632 points off the leader at the NWAACC Heptathlon.  She was seeded 13th going into the competition but a PR in the 100m hurdles and the 200m sprint has boosted her score to 2,308 points thus far. The meet continues tomorrow with the Long Jump, Javelin, and the 800m Run

Williams Qualifies in the Heptathlon
Sophomore Kelsie Williams finishes this weekend's meet with 3,351 points. She took 2nd place and surpassed the NWAACC heptathlon standard in the process. (TEAM RESULTS)

Track and Field's Irene Moore and Rachel Feiring have received NWAACC All-Academic awards for their work in the classroom this year. Feiring has earned a 3.97 GPA, while Moore has maintained a 3.73

Moore Places First in Hurdles
Sophomore Irene Moore's time of 1:10.33 was good enough to place first in the women's 400 meter hurdles at the Peyton meet at the University of Puget Sound Saturday. Ashley Frank was third in the 400 meter dash, and the women's 4x400 meter relay team was fourth overall.

OC Women Compete in First Meet Ever
The Olympic College women's distance track team competed in their first meet of the season, and first meet in Olympic College's history on Saturday. Notable women's finishers at the PLU open included Irene Moore (3rd in the 400 meter hurdles) and the women's 4x400 relay team, which finished 3rd overall. Ashley Frank, Rachel Feiring, Myleka Hanna, and Irene Moore.
