Five Players Named All-League
Five Ranger softball players were named to the NWAACC North Division all-league team. First team selections were freshmen Jenna Bartlett and Gabby Stricker. Bridjet Box made the first team for the second consecutive year. Sophomores Corinne Kleeberger and Jessica Klump made the second team.

Softball Exits Early From Portland
OC softball left the NWAACC tournament earlier than they wanted on Friday. The Rangers lost a back-and-forth battle with Spokane 9-7 before being eliminated by Grays Harbor. (more>>)

The softball program is heading to their sixth straight NWAACC postseason appearance. They open tourney play with Spokane on Friday at 11:30 a.m. in Portland. (more>>)

Olympic Ties For Second in Division
Jessica Klump's three-run homer wasn't enough for the Rangers, as they lost to Douglas 4-3 in game one. The team rebounded to win 4-2 behind Ashley Van Ryn's strong pitching. OC and Douglas finished tied for second place in the North Division with identical 15-9 records.

Bellevue Continues North Dominance
Olympic couldn't break through against North Division leader Bellevue, losing both games of a doubleheader 8-0 and 12-4. (more>>)

Shoreline Halts Win Streak, OC Splits
Gabby Stricker's solo home run helped Olympic salvage a split with Shoreline on Monday. OC lost the first game 5-4 after mounting a four-run seventh inning comeback. They beat the Dolphins 5-1 in the nightcap. The game one loss snapped a 10-game win streak. (more>>)

Eight Straight For Surging Rangers
The OC softball team has run their winning streak to eight games with sweeps of Everett (Friday) and Skagit (Saturday). The Rangers play their final home games Tuesday vs. Edmonds at Lions Field. Here's an article from Saturday's wins. (more>>)

Softball Sweeps in Yakima
The Rangers won four games over the weekend in Yakima at a non-league crossover tournament. OC beat host Yakima 7-0 and Grays Harbor 5-3 on Saturday. On Sunday Olympic blanked Lower Columbia 10-0 and closed out Centralia 10-2. League play resumes Friday, with a doubleheader at Everett.

Kleeberger's Shutout Earns OC Split
The OC softball team split a doubleheader with Douglas College on Friday afternoon. The Rangers won game one 3-0 behind Corrine Kleeberger's shutout pitching performance. Jenna Bartlett had a two-run home run, and Jeanette Gonzalez belted an RBI triple. (more>>)

Rangers Split With Shoreline
The Rangers got another league win Saturday, splitting with Shoreline. OC pitched a shutout 9-0 in game one and lost 8-7 in the nightcap. Saturday's doubleheader could be a preview of two teams that will be fighting it out for playoff spots in May. (more>>)

Softball Splits With Everett
Softball earned a split against Everett in their first home games of the year at Lions Field. OC won the first game 4-2 and lost game two 7-6. (more>>)

Rangers Pound Edmonds For Sweep
After a month of no games, softball exploded with two blowout wins at Edmonds to open league play Tuesday. OC pounded out 32 hits in the two wins - 18-2 and 16-1. (more>>)

Softball Splits at Tri-Cities
The OC softball team opened up their season with splits at the Tri-Cities on Saturday and Sunday. The Rangers won both back ends of doubleheaders each day, facing four different opponents. Olympic is off next weekend.

OC Places Three on All-League Team
Sophomore 2B Lexi Orteza (Olympic HS) and 3B Bridjet Box (South Kitsap HS) received 1st-team honors, while SS Jessica Klump (Olympic HS) was named to the 2nd-team. All three players are from the Kitsap Peninsula.
