2014 Season

OC Competes in Emerald City Open
The OC Cross Country team saw some steep competition this weekend competing against Division I and Division II athletes at the Emerald City Open.  The meet was a success for the Rangers as most had their best times to date.

Shiflett Wins Local Half Marathon
Camille Shiflett is a newcomer to the OC Cross Country team but not to the sport itself.  Shiflett competed in the annual Poulsbo half marathon race this past weekend and came away with the winning time of 1:23:26.

NWAACC Championships
The cross country teams competed in the NWAACC Championships at Battleground, Wash. on Saturday. Top finishers for OC were Sarah Wahl in 37th place and Austin Fritz in 59th.  Complete results can be found on the NWAACC webpage here.

Runners Compete at Emerald City Open

Improvement at the PLU Invite
The cross country teams were at PLU this weekend and records were broken all day long.  Each woman had a personal best time in the 6K race showing vast improvements from 2 weeks ago.

Cross Country Opens at UPS
On Saturday, the cross country teams opened their season with the UPS Invitational at Fort Steilacom Park in Lakewood.  The women had 2 runners compete for the Rangers.
