Lindgren Leads OC in the North
The OC Cross Country Team hosted the North Championships on Saturday at Gold Mountain Golf Course. The results for the women's 5K were:

Bad Weather and Stiff Competition
Most people don't understand what it takes to compete against Division I athletes, thru narrow paths up steep hills and in cold weather. But that's what our Cross Country team does for every meet. Great job to our gals in setting the bar high! The results for the Women's 6K at The Emerald City Open in Seattle were:

Women at their Best at PLU
Everyone finished with their personal bests at the PLU invite on Saturday. "Great efforts by our kids today," says assistant coach Dan Dittmer. The results for the Women's 6K were:

Women Runners Compete at St. Martins
Ranger runners finished their second competition at the St. Martins Invite in Lacey, WA. The women had a full team and finished 5th with a score of 134.

Univ. of Puget Sound Invite Results
Two women's cross country runners competed today at Fort Steilacoom Park in Lakewood, WA. The lady's race was a 6K (3.7 miles). Becca Lindgren 29:13 Michelle Feary 39:20 (Sat., 11/12/2011 - OC Athletic Dept.)
Women Runners End Year Two
