Rangers Split at Edmonds
In the men's game, OC fell 95-83. Billy Landram said his team had no problem scoring, but preventing Edmonds (7-12, 4-5) from doing so was another story.
"We just couldn't stop them," said Landram, whose team trailed by three points with three minutes remaining. (more>>)

Rangers Sweep Skagit Valley
In the men's contest, OC led just 56-52 with six minutes left when the Rangers got a lift from 6-4 Bremerton freshman Patrick Lewis to pull away from the Cardinals (2-6, 5-13). Lewis scored on a layin and seconds later scored on a putback to make the score 60-52. Justin Artis then scored off a breakaway to make it a 10-point lead. The game was essentially over at that point, although missed free throws (the Rangers missed 17) and turnovers kept OC coach Billy Landram a little on edge. (more>>)

Rangers Bury Themselves Early
Julian Holliday said the notion that freshmen can't win in the NWAACC is a myth. That better be the case because Holliday and the other 11 players on Olympic College's men's basketball roster are all freshmen. Unfortunately, they were their own worst enemy during Wednesday's fast-paced encounter against Centralia at Bremer Center Gym, especially in the first half when they dug themselves a 16-point hole. Rangers Open With Win,
Thanks to Bremerton Grad

Olympic College basketball player Patrick Lewis sometimes struggled in high school at Bremerton to make the easy layin. But Sunday at Bremer Student Center Gym, the Rangers' 6-5 post made it when it counted — at the buzzer. (more>>)

Runnin' Rangers Hit the Court
The game for Westhead and Tark the Shark was simple: Get the ball, run it up court, shoot the ball as quick as possible. That simple equation may come to roost in Bremerton. Coming to you from the tight confines of Olympic College's Bremer Student Center gym are the 2007-08 imitators of Loyola Marymount and UNLV — Billy Landram's Runnin' Rangers. ()
