Grades and Transcript on OASIS

Get your Unofficial Transcript & Grades

Choose "Get your grades and unofficial transcript" from the OASIS menu. (Click on "Enter OASIS at left for OASIS menu.)
Enter your Student ID and Global PIN and click on the Get My Transcript button. (If you don't know your SID or PIN, click here for information on how to use OASIS.)
Your unofficial transcript will appear.
To print, right click on your mouse and choose print.
Click on Return to Main Menu link.
If your current grades did not appear see OASIS "Get your grades" for date grades are available. If it is after the available date, contact Registration & Records.

Determine the quarters you attended.
- A year/quarter code is found in the TERM Qtrly column. View the Year Quarter ID List (PDF file) for conversions.
To determine decimal grade conversion, visit the Grade Translation link at left.
