Ceremony
A formal commencement (graduation) ceremony is held each year in June for all students who graduate throughout the academic year. Information will be mailed to potential graduates. Graduates, members of the College and local community and guests are invited to attend. See more attendance information.

Student Check-in Procedure
Information and RSVP cards will be mailed to students who confirm commencement attendance.
Cost
Students must purchase a cap and gown to participate in the ceremony. Announcements are also available for purchase. See the Regalia (cap and gown) and Attendance links at left for cost information.
Guests
Graduates may invite as many guests as they wish and tickets are not required.
Parking
Free parking is available in parking lots adjacent to the Pavilion.
Seating
Guests are urged to arrive no later than 1:45 pm. Guests will not be seated during the processional or presentation of colors beginning at 2:00 pm.
Duration
The ceremony lasts one and one-half hours and a reception will be held immediately following the ceremony for graduates, guests and members of the College and local community.

Commencement will be broadcast on Bremerton Kitsap Access (BKAT) Channel 12 (Bremerton) & Channel 3 (Silverdale & Port Orchard)

If you are unable to view or record during these times you may bring a DVD –R or VHS Tape with Name and Phone number clearly marked to Media Services & Distance Learning (located in Haselwood Library at the Bremerton Campus) anytime after July 6th. Duplication is free of charge at this time as long as proper material is provided. Shelton will be collecting materials to send up to Bremerton campus via courier system. Check with Shelton Main Office. Poulsbo Campus does not have a courier system at this time student must bring directly to Bremerton Campus.
