Attendance at Graduation

All Olympic College graduates who completed degrees for summer, fall, winter or spring quarters following the last commencement ceremony are eligible to attend the June ceremony.

Important Note: Potential graduates should contact Micky Buchanan (mbuchanan@olympic.edu) if they have changed their address in the current academic year even if they have used OASIS to update the address.

In May, eligible students will be contacted by mail for an attendance reply.

Students will confirm their attendance by:

• Returning the RSVP card mailed with the invitation or

• Email Micky Buchanan (mbuchanan@olympic.edu) with their intent to attend (include name, student ID and date graduated.)

Note: The June commencement confirmation RSVP must be returned by the specified deadline.

Graduates who indicate that they will attend will be sent information on buying regalia, the ceremony location, check-in procedures and other helpful information. Also see Commencement Ceremony information.
