Notes and Limitations
- CLEP exams are considered restricted electives within the Associate in Arts and Sciences degree. A student may not have more than 15 credits of restricted electives within the 90 required for the degree.
- All exams are transcripted as course credit with a "P" grade, so that they can be used as prerequisites for advanced courses. The credits are subject to the course repeat policy and will only be posted in a quarter in which the student is enrolled.
- Students who intend to transfer to Western Washington University should be aware that WWU will not accept courses within the distribution areas graded "P/NC".
- Olympic College does not grant credit for CLEP examinations that are not on the list below.
