Classes fill quickly and others are cancelled due to low enrollment. The decision to cancel a class will be made three business days prior to the first meeting. Please fax, phone or walk-in your registration if class start is less than a week away.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy
Classes cancelled by the college 100%
Withdrawals at least 5 business days prior to class start 90%
Requests within 5 business days of class start 0%
Transfers at least 5 business days prior to start date of class are welcomed.
To appeal this policy, a letter must be submitted to the Director of Continuing Education with details for the withdrawal/refund request and what action you would like the college to take. Please e-mail requests to continuinged@olympic.edu or mail to Olympic College Poulsbo Attn: Continuing Education 1600 Chester Ave Bremerton, WA 98337.
Olympic College reserves the right to cancel any class. Classes with low enrollment are subject to cancellation; fees will be refunded automatically unless you choose to transfer to another class. Refunds require approximately two weeks to process.
