Registration Methods  

  • Mail completed registration form (mailing details on form).
  • Submit completed registration form with payment to any Olympic College registration office.
  • Fax completed registration form to appropriate campus office.

Registration Deadline  

Please register early! Classes may fill quickly and others are cancelled due to low enrollment.  The decision to cancel a class is typically made three business days prior to the first meeting, but may be as late as the day before or the day of class.  Please fax, phone or walk-in your registration if class start is less than a week away.


Payment Methods  

  • Credit card (VISA and Mastercard only)
  • Check or money order
  • Cash (Please do not mail cash payment.  Make all cash payments on campus directly with a cashier.)

Withdrawal/Refund Policy  

The following refund schedule applies whether the student attends class or not. 
This refund policy does not apply to Edventure, Sustainable Building Advisor Certificate , our bundled courses, or any of our online courses.  Please visit program web pages for details or e-mail ContinuingEd@olympic.edu.

Classes cancelled by the college 100%
Withdrawal requests at least 5 business days before class start 90%
Withdrawal requests less than 5 business days of class start or after start of class 0%

Appeals must be received in writing within seven days of date student cancels,
or last class attended. 

Transfers at least 5 business days prior to start date of class are welcomed. Students are required to notify the Continuing Education office if they are unable to attend class, even if they have not paid. Students are not automatically dropped and may be billed.

to submit your withdrawal/refund request.  All requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by the Director of Continuing Education.

Olympic College reserves the right to cancel any class at any time.  Classes
with low enrollment are subject to cancellation; fees will be refunded automatically unless you choose to transfer to another class.  Refunds require approximately four weeks to process.
