Registration Packet
Approximately, two weeks prior to the program start, a registration packet,
complete with a release form, registration confirmation, program rules, etc., will be mailed to
families. Please register at least two weeks prior to the start of your child's program in order
for timely processing of the release form. Children will not be admitted into programs they are registered for if release forms are not complete and not received by our office. If your packet is
in the mail, but not yet received by our office, you will have to complete another release form
before your child can be admitted into our program. Sorry, no exceptions.
Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your registration packet. If you have not received your packet, please contact ContinuingEd@olympic.edu or call 360.475.7786. |
Edventure Withdrawal/Refund Policy
Classes cancelled by the college: 100% refund
Withdrawals at least 10 business days before class start: 90% refund
No refunds granted within 10 business days of class start
