Energy: The Power of the Grid: Michael Wehling Michael Wehling has worked in Puget Sound Energy’s Energy Efficiency Services Division for the past seven years. He recently supported the Northwest Energy Efficiency Taskforce in its research effort addressing workforce development. Michael works in the Strategic Planning and Research Group supporting Energy Efficiency Services through reviewing State and Federal Energy Policies, supporting market research initiatives, developing a roadmap for PSE to implement smart grid technologies, and developing GIS based research projects. Prior to working at PSE, Michael completed a Master's Degree in Geography from Ohio University, was a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco, and worked as a secondary school teacher and residential environmental educator. top of page
Green Power and Renewable Resources: Jake Wade Jake Wade is the Net Metering Program Manager for Puget Sound Energy. He manages the interconnection process and customer experience for renewable energy customer generation under 100 kW. He also manages PSE's involvement in Washington State's Renewable Energy Cost Recovery Program. Jake joined PSE in 2006 as an Energy Advisor before moving to PSE's Green Power Program. Prior to joining PSE, Jake worked in marketing in both the computer software and hardware industries. Jake holds a BA in Political Science and a BA in International Studies from the University of Washington. top of page
Conservation and Energy Efficiency: Lev Iov Lev Iov works as an Energy Advisor for Puget Sound Energy in the Energy Efficiency Services Division. His main job duties include answering phone calls directly from residential and commercial customers looking for ways to lower both their electrical and natural gas usage. Lev also answers emails sent from customers pertaining to efficiency, contractor referrals, as well as signing up residential and commercial Green Power accounts. While out of the office, his duties include public education on power usage as and PSE’s Green Power program. Lev also staffs PSE booths at trade shows and local fairs. Prior to working at PSE, Lev completed a BA in Communication from the University of Washington. ? top of page

Ahrens, Theresa Aubin Theresa Aubin-Ahrens is an award-winning photographer and designer. She has also taught classes in photojournalism, visual communication, and video production for over 15 years. top of page |

Crotty, Coni Coni's passion is to help others live in a beautiful space that reflects their personality. Sometimes the change is as simple as rearranging the furnishings, changing a paint color or redefining a space. Coni's design classes include a healthy dose of fun, humor and understanding the desires of her students. She continues to work as a consultant in Seattle and in the Kitsap County area. top of page |

Deller, Kinley Kinley Deller works for Yelnik Environmental - supporting efforts toward a sustainable future in Kitsap County. He also works for King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks' Green Tools Program on construction recycling and green building strategies. top of page |

Fleming, Gail As an Accredited Business Accountant who has worked with small business people, Gail has taught at Olympic College for ten years. She is an accredited advisor for QuickBooks having worked with the software since its early development. Gail owns an accounting firm with clients in many different industries helping them with their bookkeeping and setting up QuickBooks for their own use. From an educational perspective Gail has a background in education and business with an emphasis in accounting. Gail is also a part-owner of a local construction company. top of page |

Dawn has over 10 years of public accounting experience and is the founder and partner of Peterson & Jake CPA Inc located in Port Orchard, WA. Dawn is a University of Washington graduate. Lieseke, Connie Connie Lieseke has been the Faculty Medical Assisting Programs Coordinator for the CAAHEP-accredited program at OC since 2002. The student success rate for the CMA examination has been well above the national avergage. top of page |
Morgan, Diane Diane Morgan has been an eBay buyer and seller since 2002 and is certified to teach eBay classes through eBay U. She also owns her own eBay store. top of page |

Poole, Joyce Joyce Poole has 20+ years of experience as a software developer in all phases of the SDLC (software development lifecycle) using many different programming languages. After a layoff, she updated her skills, earning an ATA in Web Development and a certificate in Project Management, graduating as a President’s Scholar. Besides being an adjunct professor at Olympic College, she currently does web design and development, logo and corporate branding design. top of page |
Ricketts, John John Ricketts became a wine connoisseur by bicycling through the back roads of the French and Italian countrysides in 1982. Three years later he started the Grape Expectations Wine Shop in Silverdale and currently works as a wine distributor for Kitsap Peninsula restaurants. top of page |
