Make-up Testing Schedule:

Instructional Schedule - Spring Quarter 2012

Schedule Adjustments:

**Final Exam Week Schedule Adjustments: 
June 4 - 6, 2012 -
Open 9:00a-6:00p Mon-Wed, instead of closing at noon on Tue and Wed.

Non-Instructional Schedule - Spring Break  Begins Friday 03/16/12 and will be in effect until the start of the Spring Quarter.  This Non-Instructional Schedule will be Mondays and Thursdays 9:00a-4:00p only. 

Non-Instructional Schedule - Summer Break  Begins Thursday 06/07/12 and will be in effect until the start of the Summer Quarter.  This Non-Instructional Schedule will be Mondays and Thursdays 9:00a-4:00p only.

General Information on Make-up Testing:

Make-up Testing Support is a service provided to assist faculty in administering exams to Olympic College students who have missed or will miss a testing session in class.

These services are available on a walk-in basis Monday - Friday during the regular academic quarters; testing is also available during academic break periods. 

Current photo identification is required for all testing.

In order to maintain testing security, instructors are requested to deliver the test materials, any special answer sheets, and the completed Make-Up & Access Testing Support form (OCBMakeupAccessTestingSupportform.docm) directly to the Assessment & Testing Center.  This can be done by email to TestingCenter@olympic.edu , by fax to (360) 475-7470, by interoffice mail to HSS222 , or in person to the Humanities & Student Services bldg., Room 222.  Please allow adequate delivery time if mailing test materials.  Please note and inform your students of the available hours for make-up testing listed on the Make-Up & Access Testing Support form.
