Winter Quarter Schedule will begin Monday 01/04/2010.  Schedule will be the same as the current quarter's hours.

General Information on Proctoring Services:

• The Olympic College Testing Center is available to proctor written exams for students enrolled in Independent Study, On-line, Correspondence or Distance Education Programs for institutions or businesses other than Olympic College.
• Proctoring Services for written exams are offered on a Walk-in basis during the hours listed above; no appointment is necessary.
• Proctoring is also available for internet-based or computer-based exams by appointment.  Exams that need to be taken with password access on the institution's website or using Word can be proctored, but by appointment only.  Appointments for Proctoring CBT's can be made for Mondays 12:00pm-closing and Thursdays 8:00am-closing.  See schedule above for specific closing times during the Academic Quarters and Breaks.
• There is a $25.00 fee for all Proctoring Services.  This non-refundable fee will be assessed for each exam reqardless of the time limit for the test material.  Students arriving after the Cashier's Office is closed (usually 4pm) should use the Drop Box Envelopes.  Be sure to include the student's SID or SSN and request that the receipt be forwarded to the Testing Center.

• Please call ahead to verify that the test materials have been received by the Testing Center.
• Current photo identification is required for all testing.
