Student Rights and Responsibilities

Students have the right to know the following information at Olympic College:

• Application procedures at the college
• Types of financial aid available
• Eligibility requirements
• Terms and conditions of your financial aid awards
• Priority processing dates and awarding deadlines
• How awards are made
• Estimated Cost of Attendance

Students also have the following responsibilities:

• Submit all financial aid applications and forms on time.
• Read all information relevant to student’s financial aid.
• Comply with terms and conditions of financial aid awards.
• Keep all important documents of financial aid transactions for future reference
• Notify the school and your lender of enrollment changes, address changes, withdrawals, or exits.
