Department of Education Financial Aid Repayment Regulations
The U.S. Department of Education requires the college to calculate a repayment of financial aid received for any student that withdraws from or stops attending all classes during a term.
If you stop attending all classes before the date listed for each of the following terms you will be subject to repayment regulations and be required to repay an amount calculated by Olympic College's Financial Aid Office.

If you must withdraw from or stop attending all classes for which you have registered please follow the Olympic College Registration Office procedures to officially withdraw from classes:
You may officially withdraw by submitting an Add/Drop form to the Registration and Records Office, or online through OASIS.
Non-Attendance
If you accept financial aid funds and do NOT attend one or more of your classes you will be responsible to repay any aid received on your registration for that class or classes that you did NOT attend. NO EXCEPTIONS FOR ANY REASON.
