Organizational Leadership & Resource Management

This program is designed to prepare students for leadership roles in private and public service environments in a two year format. It also prepares students to continue their studies at the bachelor level. We assist individuals by providing basic leadership skills, an understanding of their role in influencing groups of individuals to accomplish organizational goals while adopting strategies that foster critical thinking and the ability to lead change within organizations.

REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSURE AND EMPLOYMENT 

Currently no license is required for many business careers in Washington State. Students are encouraged to research career goals as more employers are seeking employees with degrees and who are up-to-date in specific career skills and abilities.
