MATH 099–Intermediate Algebra

Cr: 5 Wkly hrs: 5 hours Lecture
Second course in the sequence of Elementary Algebra and Intermediate Algebra. Graphing linear and quadratic functions; systems of equations; rational expressions; radical expressions and rational exponents. A scientific calculator is required. Prerequisite: MATH 094 with a 2.0 or above or satisfactory placement test score.
