PTA Course Review

If you did not take your sciences, (Physics; Biology; Chemistry) at Olympic College you will need to provide the following:

1. Please submit a copy of Unofficial Transcripts, a completed Request for Course Review Form and course syllabi with lab component clearly listed for these courses (course descriptions from a college catalog do not count as syllabi) to Olympic College, Physical Therapist Assistant Program, 1600 Chester Ave. Bremerton, WA 98337-1669—prior to the PTA program April 30th deadline.   Please indicate which specific course for Biology that you are seeking approval.

        a. Physics 110 – Introduction to Physics

        b. Biology 175 – Human Biology w/ lab

        c. Chemistry 121 - Intro to Chemistry

        d. Biology& 241 - Human A&P 1

        e. Biology& 242 - Human A&P 2
