Physical Therapist Assistant Program Admission Packet
Prerequisites:

- Chemistry& 121
- Biology& 241
- Biology& 242
* All prerequisite courses must have a minimum 2.0 GPA to qualify for admission
Required Support Courses:
- Math 099 (or higher)
- English& 101
- Psychology& 100
*All required support courses must have a minimum 2.0 GPA to qualify for admission
*Preferential status is given to applicants who complete the required supporting courses prior to admission to the professional phase of the program.
The PTA program requires 40 total hours of volunteerism in two different physical therapy settings prior to application for admission to the program.
The PTA program curriculum is structured so that it may be completed in six consecutive quarters, once students have been accepted into the program.
Applications are available online or may be picked up in person at the PTA office located at 1000 Olympic College Place NW, Room 221, Poulsbo.
