For course work that you would like to have transferred to Olympic College for the Practical Nursing program, you need to follow these steps prior to the August 17th application deadline for winter admission consideration:
1: Submit Unofficial Transcripts and course syllabi for these courses (course descriptions from a college catalog do not count as syllabi) to the Nursing Programs Administrative office at 1000 Olympic College Place Rm 210 Poulsbo, WA by the August 17th deadline.
Syllabi with lab component clearly listed and Unofficial transcript showing the listed courses and grade received to the Nursing Programs Administrative Office.

- Inorganic Chemistry*
- Organic/Biological Chemistry*
- Anatomy and Physiology I and II*+
- Human Biology (PN students only)+
- Microbiology *
Or these nursing courses at another college or university
- Nutrition
- Medical Terminology (PN students only)
- Dosage Calculations
- Pharmacology
- Anatomy and Physiology I and II or Human Biology
+To meet graduation requirements, all specified Biology courses must be completed with the stipulated grade and within ten years prior to graduation. If the specified Biology courses exceed the time limit of ten years prior to graduation, the student may retake the course or challenge the course content through the Excelsior College Examinations.
