Associate Degree Nursing & Transition to Associate Degree Nursing & Practical Nursing Prerequisite change!

Due to common course numbering some prerequisite names have changed please see the prerequisite sheets for details.

**You must attend an information session prior to an advising appointment. **

• Pre-Nursing advising is currently being offered for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing, the Associate Degree in Nursing, Practical Nursing, and for the Transition to Associate Degree Nursing. To schedule an appointment to see our Nursing Advisor, please send an e-mail to hocdept@oc.ctc.edu or call (360) 394-2760 to reach the Nursing Programs Administrative office.

**Please note that the application packet for Practical Nursing may be downloaded from the Practical Nursing page on our site under related links.**

• Our Nursing Program Advisor may fill out Financial Aid extension paperwork for In-Program Students only.

If you have not received your acceptance letter for the nursing program you have applied for or if you are working on your prerequisite courses, you may see an advisor at Student Entry and Advising (SEAC), Counseling Services, or Student Services for help filling out your extension paperwork for Financial Aid.

Student Entry and Advising (SEAC) and Counseling Services are located at the Bremerton Campus and Student Services is located on the Poulsbo Campus. For all other Financial Aid extension paperwork questions, please contact Student Entry and Advising (SEAC) at 360-475-7230 or Counseling Services at 360-475-7530.
