RN-BSN Program FAQs
|
Why should I choose to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree? |
|
A BSN degree opens the door for advancement opportunities. Many supervisory and administrative positions require a BSN degree. Often these positions of greater responsibility also bring with them better pay.
The RN-BSN program allows students to broaden their career range through leadership positions, community health, and further education at the master’s level.
Olympic College’s RN-BSN program is designed for working Registered Nurses who want to take their career to the next level. The program expands on an RN’s knowledge and understanding of cultural, political, economic, and social issues affecting clients in health care delivery. In addition, a student will grow personally and professionally through individualized attention, peer relationships, and experiential learning.
