Programs Offered

  • Accounting Technology
    The Olympic College Accounting Technology program is designed to prepare students for employment in public accounting, private accounting, and in governmental and not-for-profit agencies.
  • Administrative Office Support
    Helps students develop skills to work in a business office as a secretary, executive secretary, or administrative assistant.
  • Customer Service Specialist
    This program prepares participants to provide quality customer service by equipping them with the necessary human relations and technological skills to succeed in the modern service industry.
  • General Office Support
    This one-year program is available to students desiring job readiness training or refresher courses in basic office skills. Entry-level employment as a receptionist, general office assistant, call center representative, or retail representative is possible with this flexible certificate program.
  • Legal Office Professional
    Provides a foundation in legal issues, terminology, and procedures for successful employment in a legal office support position. In addition, the program seeks to develop general office support skills in word processing, computer applications, accounting, and information management.
  • Legal Support Professional
    Is for secretaries who have a solid foundation in basic skills and want to move into the legal field upon completion of this certificate program. It provides an understanding of the law, familiarity with legal vocabulary and procedures, and experiences in using word processing software.
  • Workplace Technology Skills
    This two-quarter program prepares students with technology skills for work in today’s business and service industries. Students will develop foundational skills in teamwork, critical thinking, enhanced writing and math, customer service, and current office technology.
