Duties:
- Program advising: About the program, how to get in, what classes to take and when
- Teaches full time, year-round
- Helps to manage and oversee operations of instructional program and repair facility
Background:
- Twenty years as a Master Technician in independent shops and dealerships
- Full time at OC since 1996
- BA in Psychology; MS in Instructional Technology
Name: Mike Erhardt
Position: Adjunct Instructor, Tool Room Supv.

Office Hours: Mike teaches M and T mornings. The rest of the time he staffs the tool room.
Duties:
- Teaches Air Conditioning
- Co-teaches Electrical, Engine Performance and Chassis courses
- Oversees tool room day-to-day operations and parts ordering.
Background: Graduate of OC and twelve years as a master technician.

Background: Graduate of OC and three years as a technician, currently working in fleet maintenance.
