Communications Department Photo Gallery Requirements
Olympic College's faculty and staff may use digital images for official college use without contacting the Communications Department. OC's faculty and staff may access the Communication Resources Portal from a workstation in the college's network to obtain these images.
All digital images in the Communication Resources Portal have been sized to fit online specifications (see digital image requirements below).
Digital image requirements and specifications for posting a new item on the web:
- 72 dpi and no larger than 3.5 by 3.5.
- A signed release form must be turned in to the Communications department for all images of people (excluding Olympic College employees) and artwork, used for official college purposes.
