Communications Department Photo Gallery Requirements

The picture resource located on the Gdrive folder can be used by staff and faculty without contacting the Communications office. The graphics located on the Gdrive have release forms on file and are formatted for the web.

To access the Gdrive go to: G:\Shared Documents and Forms\Communication Resources\Photos\Web

All the web photos located on this drive have been sized to fit the online specifications (see photo requirements below). The Communications Department will continue to make updates to the Shared Gallery as new photos are added every quarter.

If you have any questions regarding updates or if you receive requests for photos that are not in the gallery  please call 360-475-7106 or email Joanie Pearson in the Communication Office at jpearson@oc.ctc.edu.

Photo requirements and specifications  for posting a new item to the web:

   
     1.  All web photos are 72 dpi and no larger than 3.5  by 3.5.

   
    
     2.  All photos of people or art must have a signed photo release form. All release forms are kept on file 
          in the Communications Office.
