The Olympic College HRS office provides direct service and specialized consultation to the administration, management and employees of Olympic College in the following subject matters: employment services, classification, contracts, benefits administration, policy/procedure and legal analysis, labor and employee relations, personnel-related file system management, recruitment and selection, regulatory compliance management and training and development programs.

This department is under the supervision of the Vice President of Equity and Inclusion.
To develop, implement, and support sound human resource programs and processes, within the guidelines of bargained work agreements, and other related statutes, policies, and procedures.
