Employee Email Access Instructions

If you use Windows XP : Enter office \ in front of your user name (be sure to use a back slash found above the enter key on most keyboards) as follows:
User name: office \ username where your username is (for most users) the first initial of your first name followed by your entire last name.
If you use Windows 98 or another operating system: Enter just the username where your username is (for most users) the first initial of your first name followed by your entire last name.
Password: Passwords are defined by the user. Your email password is the same as your OC network login password.
Login Assistance: If you are having difficulty logging in (the system does not accept your username or password), you can try the following in the user name field:
User name: username@office.oc.ctc.edu . This login string describes your account on the network. This is not the same as your email address, since it contains the word “office” in the string. Use your regular password.
