Mailbox Assignments

Each administrator or administrative unit, faculty member and classified staff is assigned a mailbox after Mailing Services receives notification of their employment. Part-time or temporary employees can be added at the request of their supervisor.  Mailbox locations are assigned by Mailing Services and an updated mailbox assignment list is posted and distributed regularly.

The mailroom shall not hold or set aside any correspondence for individuals and correspondence addressed to former OC employees, (including faculty on sabbatical), will be forwarded to their previous division or department office.
