How can customized training benefit you? Answer these questions to better define your needs.

  1. What challenges do you face in your workplace?

  2. How many employees do you have? How many levels of hierarchy does your business have? Which level(s) would benefit from training? How many employees need training?
We can help you make these determinations, and focus in your most challenged areas or educate the organization globally.
  3. Where would you prefer training be conducted?
We have excellent training facilities at our Bremerton, Poulsbo, and Shelton campuses. Or, we can save you travel time and expenses by conducting training at your workplace.
  4. What is your timeline? What time works best for you: during workdays (which may require employee release time) or on weekends (which may require overtime pay)? Will training require full days, half days, mornings or afternoons? Should training occur once a week for a number of weeks or have a more compressed timeline?
We create and deliver training to meet your schedule, completing programs in as little as one month, or spread training out over the course of one to two years.
  5. How should course content be delivered?
We can conduct hands-on training (i.e. work with employees in the field to practice on their own equipment), or teach your employees in a traditional classroom setting.
  6. What is your budget?
Defining your budgetary constraints will help us determine the most cost-effective course for you.
