Associate in Technical Arts Degree (ATA) |

The Associate in Technical Arts Degree is designed to provide entry into a technical or semi-professional occupation or additional training for those already working in a field but desiring advancement. The ATA Degree differs from a certificate program in that the ATA Degree combines a specific job skill component with a breadth component. An ATA program is generally designed to be completed in six Quarters of full time study.
General Requirements
- A minimum of 90 quarter credits is required for graduation.
- A grade point average of 2.0 or better with all courses numbered 100 and above.
- At least 20 quarter credits must have been earned at Olympic College.
At the Shelton campus, students can complete the following a professional/technical degrees or a certificates: Accounting, Administrative Office Support, and Business Management
