Open Forum are the method the College Council uses to obtain feedback on policies being recommended by the College Council to the Cabinet and President. Generally, several sessions will be scheduled across a few days in morning, afternoon and evening to allow for the widest participation possible. All feedback from Open Forums is considered by the College Council along with feedback submitted by other methods.
