President's Cabinet
The cabinet advises the President regarding the operations areas of the College. This role includes making recommendations on annual planning, environmental and institutional assessment, goal setting, strategy formation and budget development. Each member represents their respective area of responsibility. As a governing body, the Cabinet makes decisions about College policies and operations once appropriate research has been completed. President's Council
The President's Council purpose is to broaden communication between the Cabinet and Deans by providing a two-way direct communication path. This group meets monthly (approximately) the week after WACTC meetings. Membership consists of President's Cabinet, Deans, the College Council Chair, and WPEA President. College Council
The College Council, as a representative body, is responsible for advising the President and the President's Cabinet on policy proposals that affect the overall institution and its members. This role includes, but is not limited to, participation in the annual planning cycle, which includes environmental and institutional assessment, goal setting, strategy formation, and budget development process. The College Council will make recommendations to the President's Cabinet and President's Council regarding the same. Contact the President's Office for meeting information.

Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees are charged with establishing policies and decision-making with regard to legal matters, real property and/or personnel as defined by Chapter 28B.50 of the Revised Code of Washington. Membership is comprised of five community members appointed by the Governor of the State of Washington. Click on Board of Trustees for member information.
